Tours for Tunes – Nelson County, VA

Tours for Tunes pairs you with a local and sober designated driver. Our goal is to keep you safe while you tour, taste, and experience the booming craft beverage industry. Whether it be wine, beer, or spirits, good craftsmanship can sometimes be a bit “off the map”. Leave the winding country roads to us and enjoy the beautiful views and landmarks.  We make annual donations to initiate and develop music resources in public and private schools within our communities.

Our tours are comfortable, affordable and accommodate up to 6 passengers. Our drivers and vehicles are family and pet friendly, plus sitters may be arranged for your little ones or your pooch. Design your own tour or just tell us what you like and we will handle the rest.

Below is a directory of 50 local craft beverage sites off Rte. 151, The Monticello Wine Trail, and more. Most all of our guests elect to spend their time on Nelson 151 (Afton/Nellysford) as there are nearly 20 locations offing amazing craft beverages; all within a 12 mile stretch!

In addition to the dozens of craft beverage sites (listed below), there are countless artisan shops, restaurants, orchards, farms, and wildlife trails you won’t want to miss. Listen to some local music, kick back, and enjoy the valley’s remarkable views; all the while helping us to keep culture alive where it matters most.

We need to assure our drivers are paid and our donations are made! For this reason, Tours for Tunes has a firm 2 week cancellation policy. If you cancel within 2 weeks of your tour,you are responsible for the initial quote.
